FLIGHT SCHOOL BLUE SKY AVIATION

We provide pilot training from zero to the airline transport pilot in accordance with EASA standards: PART-FCL.

LIGHT AIRPLANE PILOT LICENSE – LAPL (A): 30 hours

The Light Airplane Pilot License (LAPL) authorises a pilot to conduct private, recreational or sport flights in an up to four-seat single-engine aircraft with a total weight of up to 2 tonnes. The licensee is limited to operating flights on the type of airplane only for which he/she has been authorized during pilot training, or for another type of airplane for which he/she has completed retraining at the pilot training school. With the LAPL pilot license, pilots are only authorised to fly in daylight and while there is still ground visibility.

PRIVATE PILOT LICENSE – PPL(A): 45 hours

The Private Pilot License PPL(A) authorizes a pilot to conduct private, recreational or sport flights in a single-engine airplane during daylight and while there is still ground visibility. The licensee is only allowed to operate flights for private purposes, can take passengers on board but cannot fly for a fee. The Private Pilot License is the basic license for anyone interested in undergoing pilot training who wishes to become a professional pilot.

COMMERCIAL PILOT LICENSE – CPL(A): 25 hours

A commercial pilot airplane license (CPL(A)) is the first milestone in a professional aviation career; what this means in practice is that can already operate commercial flights for a fee. Together with night flying and IR flying (A) skills, license holders can fly day and night in almost any weather conditions.

NIGHT RATING – NR(A): 5 hours

Night rating (NR)authorizes you for flights after sunset, when visibility is good, and for landing at airports with an illuminated landing runway. You can take the night rating qualification at the end of private pilot license PPL (A) training. The night rating qualification is an extension of your private pilot license PPL (A) but is not an obligatory part thereof.

EN-ROUTE INSTRUMENT RATING – EIR(A): 15 hours

The en-route instrument rating qualification EIR (A) allows the pilot to continue flying even under meteorological conditions that necessitate the use of instruments to fly the airplane safely (loss of visual contact with the ground). The holder of an en-route instrument rating qualification has the right to operate instrument flights during the en-route flight phase only; take-off and landing must be carried out under good meteorological conditions, i.e. ground visibility.

INSTRUMENT RATING – IR(A): 50 hours

The Instrument Rating IR (A) qualification allows the pilot to conduct flights under meteorological conditions where the visibility is so low that it is necessary to operate instrument flights at any stage of the flight.

FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR- FI(A): 30 hours

A flight instructor (FI) can be any pilot with a Commercial Pilot License (CPL) or an airline pilot (ATPL holder) or a Private Pilot License (PPL) with the required flying experience and theoretical knowledge for the different types of pilot training, i.e. from a private pilot training instructor, to an instrument flight instructor to a commercial pilot instructor.

TIME-BUILDING

One of the necessary conditions for obtaining professional pilot licenses is also the number of hours flying on airplanes with a certain type of equipment. All of our aircraft are equipped with the required VFR / IFR / NIGHT flight technology and devices and are suitable for flying the required flight hours to obtain the above licenses.
After completing the basic pilot training, our students continue flying with our aircraft to build their hours for follow-up licenses or they fly for their needs.

We rent aircraft to our students under very favorable conditions.
