The APS-MCC (Airline Pilot Standards – Multi-Crew Cooperation) course is an advanced training program designed to prepare pilots for multi-crew operations in airline environments. Conducted on a professional Airbus A320 FNPT II simulator, this course offers realistic training based on airline Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and emphasizes key skills such as Crew Resource Management, communication, workload management, and decision making. It meets EASA Part-FCL requirements and reflects the current standards preferred by European airlines, especially those operating the A320 family.
Successful completion provides an APS-MCC certificate recognized by airlines and significantly enhances readiness for airline assessments, simulator checks, and line training. APS-MCC on the A320 serves as an important stepping stone for pilots aiming to start their career with low-cost or regional carriers operating Airbus aircraft.
