What data we collect and why

• Contacting and requesting services

In the contact form, we collect name, phone, e-mail, address, date and place of birth, ID card or passport number, billing information so that we can answer your questions and inquiries in the future performance of the contract, so that we can prepare a solution proposal and a quote.

• Order of services

In order to fulfill the contract and legal obligation, we collect the following data from you: name, e-mail, company name, registration number, VAT number and billing address in order to properly process your order and for the issuance and archiving of tax documents.

• Aviation (ICAO) English Profeciency Test

I do agree that my personal data will be held and processed to the extent set out explicitly below:
name and surname, degree or academic title, date and place of birth, identification card (ID) number and place and date of its issuance, residence, pilot licence number including validity of qualifications recorded in the licence, radiotelephony licence number including term of expiration, medical certificate, its limitations and period of validity as well as data necessary for contacts and invoicing.

How long we keep the data

• Sending the inquiry form: for 1 year.

• Sending inquiry and request: for 1 year.

• Order: for the period specified by law.

• Aviation (ICAO) English Profeciency Test: the indefinite period of time
