Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) course is essential for commercial pilots operating on multi-pilot aircraft (MPA). MCC training is required as part of the admission process for airline positions.
Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) course prepares pilots for working on multi-pilot aircraft operating under Instrument Flight Rules (IFR). The training focuses on developing non-technical skills related to working in a multi-crew environment. It allows pilots to practice the skills necessary to enhance leadership and teamwork within the crew. The course includes both theoretical and practical training, with the practical aspect conducted on a simulator. Completion of the training is confirmed by a certificate of completion of MCC and JOC training.
Theory Training:
The theory is taught partly online using CBT from V-PREP (https://v-prep.com/). V-PREP is a professional online training course based on instructional videos and designed for pilots in preparation for their type rating, recurrent training and upgrade training for the Airbus A320 type. Using a combination of 2D and 3D animation, cockpit video footage, and clearly narrated dialogue, the training guides you through more than 180 different procedures for the A320.
Consultations with a professional instructor, an A320 captain, are conducted in person in the classroom or online according to the preference of the students in the course.
The theoretical knowledge training in total: 25 hours
Flight training:
Our instructors are highly esperienced, current or formal captains of A320 with thousands of hours in cockpit of A320 and hours of pilot training will teach you everything you need to be successful in airline assessment.
Total flight training hours: 20 hours
Training is conducted in a 2-crew setup
