The Multi-Crew Cooperation Instructor (MCCI) qualification prepares professional pilots experienced on multi-crew aircraft to become instructors for training pilots seeking the Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) qualification. The instructor training consists of both theoretical and practical parts. If the pilot does not hold a Flight Instructor (FI) qualification, the theoretical training is extended to include teaching methodology for flight instructors. Practical training is conducted on a simulator.
Holders or former holders of the FI certificate are fully credited with the required 25 hours of training in teaching methodology and instructional techniques.
